We teach you the 8-step EVOLVE3 Success StrategyTM. Once you know the process you can apply the tools and utilize this technique over and over again to get the results you want!

What is the 8-Step EVOLVE3 Success StrategyTM?

First you need to decide on the context (personal, professional, team, company, organization) for using the strategy. It helps to be focused on one area before you begin.

Step 1:                       E = Evaluate

  • Within the next 90 days, what would you like to improve, enhance or reaffirm?
  • Why is it important for you to make this change?
  • How are you currently measuring your results?
  • Are you willing to take a hard look in the mirror and face the reality of where you are now?

Step 2:          V = Vision

  • What would you like this issue to look like in the future?
  • What would you see happening around you?
  • What is different in the future as a result of this change?
  • Imagine how would be feeling after you have accomplished this?

Step 3:          O = Observation

  • Describe your current situation?
  • What is the status with your:
    • Clients and/or customers
    • Associate
    • Processes

Step 4:          L = Listen

  • What are your customers, associates & competitors saying?
  • How are you listening?
  • What are the methods you are utilizing to respond to the information you are receiving?
  • What are you telling yourself about the situation?
  • What do you hear yourself saying to others about this situation?

Step 5:          V = Values

  • Your values help you understand WHY you do WHAT you DO!
  • What are the values of your corporate culture?
  • What are your personal values?
  • Are your values either personally or organizationally aligned with the situation you are addressing?

E3 = Engage, Execute, Evaluate

Step 6:          E = Engage

  • What will you need to do to be actively engaged in this process?
  • Will you need to engage others?
  • Will you need resources to help you engage?’
  • Do you have a plan to implement what you want to create?
  • Will you need someone to keep you accountable to your plan?

Step 7:          E= Execute

  • What are the action steps you will commit to taking to make this happen?
  • When will you accomplish the steps of this plan?
    • Goals and Plans without deadlines are just wishes and dreams.
  • What do you need to do to START? Sometimes the hardest step is taking action on the first step!
  • What do you need to do to ensure you follow-through on your plans and actions?

Step 8:          Evaluate

  • How will you measure your success?
  • When you will realistically begin to measure your progress?
  • How will you know you have been successful?
  • What will it mean to you to have obtained this result?
